My Reset Era website is offered by Joy DeVieve LLC (hereafter “My Reset Era”) and hosted on the Substack platform (the “technology provider” or “Substack”). By using this website, reading its blog, accessing the newsletter you subscribed to, or any associated services from My Reset Era, you agree to these Terms of Use included hereunder.

By using this website, reading its blog, accessing the newsletter you subscribed to, or any associated services from My Reset Era, you agree to these Terms of Use included herein (the “Terms of Use“ or the “Terms”). The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you, the subscriber or user and My Reset Era. No other terms, verbal or written, will be applicable.

2. Third-Party Terms

These Terms of Use are independent of and do not replace Substack’s Terms of Service, which apply separately to your use of the Substack platform.

The My Reset Era website and My Reset Era Content may contain links to other third-party services, websites, or platforms (the “Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content is provided for convenience only. My Reset Era and Joy DeVieve LLC do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of external websites, services, or platforms linked from this publication. All content provided by Joy DeVieve LLC and My Reset Era, including, without limitation, articles, recipes, cookbooks, product recommendations, newsletters, videos, podcasts, coaching insights and materials, AI tools, guides, digital products, and any other resources and services (the “Content”), is for informational and artistic expression purposes only.

4. Refunds & Chargeback Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for:

• Subscriptions to My Reset Era, including newsletter access and digital content.

• AI-generated content, AI-tools, digital guides, and courses.

• One-time digital purchases or downloadable content.

• Any other digital products or services offered by My Reset Era, except where required by applicable law.

No Trial Periods or Partial Refunds: My Reset Era does not offer trial periods or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription, digital product, or service. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By purchasing from My Reset Era, you agree to waive your right to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:

• Block access to all Content and services.

• Pursue collection actions, including legal remedies, to recover the disputed amount.

• Report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors and relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License

Ownership & Copyright: All Content published on My Reset Era, including but not limited to newsletters, articles, recipes, cookbooks, product recommendations, videos, podcasts, coaching insights and materials, templates, guides, digital products, courses, AI-generated content, AI tools/agents, and any related resources and services, is the exclusive property of My Reset Era, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

Limited License for Personal & Internal Business Use: By accessing My Reset Era, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal use or for internal business use within your wholly owned company. This does not grant permission to modify, republish, or distribute Content for commercial purposes or client-facing work.

Prohibited Uses: You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Content without prior written permission.

• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or proprietary rights statements.

• Train, embed, or integrate the Content into AI models, machine learning systems, or automated tools.

6. Disclaimer of Liability and Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Reset Era and Joy DeVieve LLC disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Content offered via My Reset Era.

No Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Content is provided “as is” and “as available,” and is provided without express or implied warranties of suitability, accuracy, completeness, enforceability, legal compliance, suitability for any particular jurisdiction, correctness, non-infringement, non-reliance, reaching any specific results, merchantability, no duty to update is offered, and any other implied warranties that may be applicable if not excluded.

Limited Liability: In no event shall My Reset Era or Joy DeVieve LLC be liable for damages related to:

• Your use of or reliance on My Reset Era Content.

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any Content, including legal templates and AI-generated materials.

• Security breaches, data loss, unauthorized access, or platform failures.

• Third-party claims arising from your use of My Reset Era Content.

Liability Cap: If liability is found, it shall not exceed the total fees paid by the claimant in the one (1) month preceding the event. If no fees were paid, My Reset Era shall have no liability whatsoever.

My Reset Era shall not be liable for any claims, legal disputes, or damages brought against you by third parties as a result of using its Content.

No Guarantee of Continued Access to Content. Subscribing to My Reset Era does not guarantee that any specific type of Content will continue to be provided indefinitely. My Reset Era reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any Content, including but not limited to articles, recipes, cookbooks, product recommendations, videos, podcasts, coaching insights and materials, templates, guides, courses, AI-generated content, AI tools/agents, or other digital resources, at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Force Majeure: My Reset Era shall not be responsible for any failures, delays, or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, platform failures, government actions, acts of nature, or other force majeure events.

For the avoidance of doubt, the disclaimers in this Section 6 expressly apply to the use of any Content but especially the legal templates, AI-generated content, and any digital resources as described in Section 4.

7. User Content and Moderation Terms

We believe in open discussions and diverse perspectives. However, to maintain a respectful space, we ask all users to follow these guidelines:

• Respect Others: Engage in discussions with kindness. Harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

• No Spam or Disruptive Behavior: Keep conversations meaningful. Spam, misleading content, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Missouri, United States of America.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of My Reset Era must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred unless applicable law permits it.

09. Modification of Terms

My Reset Era reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on My Reset Era. Your continued use of the website, newsletter, or any associated services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of My Reset Era and its services.
