About me:

When I’m immersed in work that I love, I have a tendency to go all-in; aiming for perfection and thinking about some facet of The Work seemingly around the clock. And in the moment, it feels invigorating, exciting and highly productive!

But after several years of this approach, I learned the hard way this pace wasn’t sustainable (for me) long-term.

Burnout crept in. I tried to smile and positive-attitude my way through it. (Didn’t work.) So I finally took a step back and found ways to reset to find my way back from burnout.

I’m sharing things I’ve learned and things I wish I had known from the start about burnout that have helped me–and a big part of this includes recipes, because I love cooking.
